A Few Things Worth Knowing
What to expect
All sponsorships are subject to approval by Happy Valley Productions. We reserve the right to decline any sponsorship that is inconsistent with the values and tone of our events.
Sponsorship slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a category reaches its maximum, it will be closed.
Sponsor logos and materials must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026 for inclusion in printed materials.
Discount codes are single-use per ticket purchaser and cannot be combined with other offers. Complimentary tickets are reserved seating in the VIP section.
A portion of event proceeds supports a community donation fund for a local family currently battling cancer. Our commitment to the audience experience comes first.
